Yogurt Fruit Salad

I mixed cut up fruit with well drained yogurt. It's a juicy, mild and delicious fruit salad.

Ingredients: 2-3 servings

Plain yogurt
200 g
Mixed canned fruits
1 small can
Banana
1
Kiwi
1/2
Apple
1/8
Lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon
Honey (to taste)
to taste

Steps

1. Put a sieve or strainer on top of a bowl, line with a paper towel sheet and spoon in the yogurt. Leave to drain for at least 5 hours.
2. This is how it looks after 5 hours. The yogurt is in one creamy mass and comes off the paper towel cleanly.
3. Drain the can of fruits into a sieve and cut up the banana, kiwi and apple into easy to eat pieces.
4. Put the drained yogurt, lemon juice and fruit into a large bowl and mix with a spoon. Add some honey to taste and it's done.
