Fried Rice with Salmon Flakes

I recommend using salmon flakes to make this for a quick-prep lunch. Children love it, too!

Ingredients: 4 servings

Plain cooked rice
2 rice bowls' worth (300g)
Salmon flakes
to taste
Eggs
2-3
Green onions or scallions
to taste
White sesame seeds (optional)
to taste
Sesame oil
1-2 tablespoons
Salt and pepper
to taste
Soy sauce
to taste

Steps

1. Finely chop the green onion. Add some salt (not listed) to the egg and beat it.
2. Heat up the sesame oil in a frying pan and pour in the beaten egg from Step 1. Add the rice immediately and cook over high heat.
3. Mix and stir-fry the egg and rice, then add the salmon flakes and the green onion. Continue cooking over medium heat.
4. Once Step 3 has been lightly cooked, add the white sesame seeds and the soy sauce. Once the flavors have blended, add salt and pepper to taste. Cook over low heat and serve.

I used to eat this for lunch all the time when I was a university student. I remembered the recipe and made it again.
