Brown Sugar Coffee with Skim Milk

Brown sugar is rich in minerals and vitamins and skim milk is low in fat and high in calcium! This will bring out the rich and bitter taste of coffee.

Ingredients: 1 serving

Coffee (instant or drip)
1 cup
Brown sugar
a chunk
Skim milk
1 tablespoon (to taste)


1. Pour hot instant or drip coffee (whichever you like) into a cup.
2. While it's hot, add a tablespoon of skim milk (adjust to taste) and stir well.
3. Add your favorite brown sugar. Large chunks are difficult to dissolve, so break up into small pieces and then add to the cup.
4. Stir until dissolved.
