Stir-fried Broccoli and Sakura Shrimp

The green of the broccoli looks brilliant with the red of the sakura shrimp.
This tastes delicious even with just with the salt from the sakura shrimp.


1/2 bunch
Sakura shrimp - tiny dried shrimp
about 1 tablespoon
about 2 tablespoons
Soy sauce (if you'd like)
about 1/2 teaspoon


1. Wash the broccoli, chop into bite-sized pieces. Put in a frying pan and add 2 tablespoons of sake.
2. Cover the pan and simmer-fry for about 3 minutes.
3. Remove the lid and heat over a medium heat. If there's still a lot of liquid, cook some off. Add the sakura shrimp and stir-fry. Add some soy sauce if you'd like.
4. Enjoy!
