Rich and Tasty ☆ Pork and Cheese Wraps

This dish is perfect for bentos since it goes well with rice.☆
You can change the filling to absolutely anything!


Thinly sliced pork shoulder loins
About 6 slices
Sliced cheese
Takana pickles, kimchi, etc.
As preferred
Soy sauce
1 tablespoon
1 tablespoon
Flour for coating
As needed


1. Spread out each of the pork slices. Cut into just the right size to place the cheese on top.
2. Place the cheese on top of the meat. Top with takana pickles.
3. Wrap them up.
4. Coat the meat wraps evenly with flour.
5. Heat sesame oil in a pan. Align the meat. Cover the pan and cook both sides. Make sure not to burn.
6. When both sides are browned, add soy sauce and mirin. Mix the meat with the sauce to finish.☆
