Light and creamy, just sublime. There's no gelatin, but it does take some effort to prepare. If you have some cream cheese left over in your refrigerator, give it a try.

I used strained yogurt and cream cheese instead of fromage blanc. If you can get fromage blanc, use that instead. You can substitute strawberry liqueur for the framboise liqueur if you prefer.
