Chocolate truffles for Valentine's Day.

Ingredients

Heavy cream: Chocolate = 1:2
Chocolate
200 g
Heavy cream
100 ml
Van Houten pure cocoa powder
as needed

Steps

1. Finely shred the chocolate.
2. Warm the cream until it is about to boil, then add the chocolate to melt it.
3. Line a Tupperware or other container with parchment paper or plastic wrap and pour in the mixture. Let it sit in the fridge until it hardens.
4. Slice it into squares and dust with the cocoa powder to finish.
