Chicken Breast and Green Pepper Stir-Fry

The chicken breast doesn't dry up, but becomes nice and juicy.

Ingredients: 4 servings

Chicken breast
Green peppers
1 tablespoon
a small amount
a small amount
1 teaspoon
Oyster sauce
1 tablespoon
Chinese soup stock
a small amount
Soy sauce
to taste
Black pepper
a small amount


1. Cut the chicken along the sinews into very thin strips. Julienne the green peppers.
2. Sprinkle the chicken with the ☆ sake, coat with the remaining ☆ ingredients, and let rest.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan, add the meat, and stir-fry until cooked. Then add the green peppers, and continue stir-frying briefly.
4. Mix with the oyster sauce, and add the remaining seasonings.
