Tender Shrimp Hanpen Fishcake

The texture of the tender shrimp is fun and delicious! Tender shrimp hanpen fishcake!

Ingredients: 2 servings

Shrimp

Hanpen
1 bag
Katakuriko
1 teaspoon
Salt
a small amount
Water
50 ml

Steps

1. Peel and devein the shrimp. Mince, but leave some texture. Hand-crush the hanpen while still in the packaging.
2. Add a little bit of salt and katakuriko to the shrimp and mix with the hanpen until it all sticks together.
3. Shape into flat, round patties and arrange on a plate.
4. Add oil to a pan and cook. Flip once golden brown, add water, and cover with the lid to steam cook. Once both sides are golden brown, they are finished!
