Lovely Chocolate Truffles for Valentine's Day

Easy! Just attach a toothpick topped with red paper in a heart shape to large truffles. They are cute and you can enjoy them without dirtying your hands.

Ingredients: 10 truffles

Dark chocolate (store-bought)
120 g (2 bars)
Heavy cream
60 g
1/2 teaspoon
Cocoa (unsweetened)
as needed


1. Break up the chocolate.
2. Put the cream into a saucepan and stop the heat just before it starts to boil. Melt the chocolate in it and then add the rum.
3. Mix it over a bowl of ice water. When it starts to harden, drop 1 tablespoon at a time of the mixture onto a tray.
4. Let them chill in the fridge for 10 minutes.
5. Roll them into nice balls and dust with cocoa. Let them harden in the fridge for over 2 hours.
