Ingredients: 30 pieces of 2 cm x 1.5 cm, a 14 cm × 11 cm shallow container would be just the right size. Or you can also use a bento box or tupperware.

Store bought chocolate bar
60 g × 3
Heavy cream
100 ml
Pure cocoa powder
as needed
Use liquor for an adult flavor, such as rum or brandy. No need if it is for kids.
10 to 30 ml

1. Line a shallow container or a tupperware with parchment paper. A 14 cm × 11 cm shallow container would be just the right size.
2. Prepare a pan with the right amount of water so that it won't spill, and a bowl to place on for the double boiler. Heat the water. Keep it warm on low heat after it comes to a boil. Break the chocolate into bite-sized pieces.
3. Put the pieces chocolate and heavy cream into the bowl of the double boiler and melt it until smooth. Take it off of the double boiler and add the liquor of your choice.
4. Pour the chocolate mixture into the container lined with parchment paper. If you are using a shallow container, spread the mixture so that it becomes 1.5 thick by adjusting with the lined paper. Chill in the refrigerator to harden.
5. When it has hardened completely, peel off the paper and cut into square shapes. Sprinkle cocoa powder with a tea strainer to coat, then it is done.
6. The cocoa powder is bitter enough to make you choke, so tap off the excess! Store in the freezer or in the refrigerator. If you are giving it as a present, keep in a cold place, otherwise they will melt.
7. Use dark chocolate for adults, milk or sweet chocolate for kids and for those with a sweet tooth. Make it however you want Of course using confectionery Couverture chocolate would be fine too.
8. Chop the baking chocolate finely it it's big If using a small tablet type Couverture chocolate, you don't need to chop it and would save time and effort.
