Eggy Cupcakes

These fluffy and moist cupcakes have a gentle and nostalgic egg flavor.

Ingredients: 5-6 cupcakes

30 g
50 g
Cake flour
60 g
Baking powder
1 teaspoon


1. If you increase the amount of butter to 40 g, they'll be moist. They'll also still be sweet with just 40 g of sugar.
2. Soften the butter to room temperature and mix it with the sugar.
3. Add the beaten egg a little at a time, mixing with each addition. Mix in the dry ingredients.
4. Fill the cups 60-70% of the way, and bake for 15 minutes in the oven at 180ºC.
