Maitake mushrooms
1 pack
Dried maitake mushrooms

Spinach
2 bunches
Butter
10 g
Salt and pepper
a small amount
Soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon

Steps

1. Remove the root off the mushrooms to make them easier to eat. Soak the dried maitake mushrooms in water to rehydrate, then slice in half.
2. Lightly parboil the spinach in salted water, drain, and tightly squeeze the excess water.
3. Heat the butter in a frying pan and sauté Steps 1 and 2. Season with salt and pepper and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Finally, add the soy sauce and it's done.
