Sauted Oysters in Garlic Butter

Sauted Oysters in Garlic Butter

I made this by observing a chef as he made this at a local restaurant, and remembered how to make it at home.

Ingredients: 2 people

Raw oysters
1 package (as much as you like)
a small amount
Plain white flour
1/2 tablespoon
10 g
1/2 clove
Green onion
enough for garnish
a little less than a tablespoon

1. Wash the oysters clean (refer to Recipe ID:673604), drain in a sieve, and pat dry with a paper towel. Finely chop the garlic. Slice the green onions.
2. Coat with pepper and flour right before cooking, and shake off the excess flour. Melt butter in a pan over low heat, and saute the garlic until aromatic.
3. Turn up to strong medium heat, and cook until golden brown on both sides without touching them too much.
4. Arrange on plates, and garnish with green onions. Eat with ponzu if you like.
