Eel Roll and California Roll

All you need is 1 avocado, eel, imitation crab sticks and cucumber! I think the reverse sushi rolls are easier to make!

Ingredients: 2 rolls each

White rice
1-2 rice cooker cups (180-360 ml uncooked)
Sushi vinegar
30-60 ml
Avocado
1
Unagi (broiled freshwater Eel)
1 fillet
Imitation crab sticks
4-6 sticks
Cucumber
1
Nori seaweed
4 sheets
White and black sesame seeds
as needed

Steps

1. Make the sushi rice.
2. Cut the nori into 2/3 of the original size. Spread sushi rice on the nori. Make the edge close to you thinner. Sprinkle the rice with sesame seeds.
3. Place the plastic wrap on top of it and flip the rice and the nori onto the makisu (the bamboo mat). Place half of the unagi, avocado and cucumber on it and roll up the sushi.
4. Make the California rolls in the same manner. You will need 1, 2 or 2 and a half of imitation crab sticks, depending on their size.

I had an avocado left in a refrigerator, so I used it in the sushi.
