Nutritious Tofu Meatloaf

This meatloaf also has tofu and it's dense and chewy. Since it also looks gorgeous, it's perfect for entertaining guests.

Ingredients: 1 pound cake pan

Tofu
1 block
Ground meat
100 g
Carrot
1/2
Onion
1/2
Egg
1
☆Nutmeg, herbs
a small amount
☆Salt and pepper
a small amount
☆Panko
1/2 cup

Steps

1. Mince the onion and carrot. Sauté the onion in a small amount of oil until browned, and then let it cool.
2. Put the egg and meat into a bowl. Knead together well with your hands
3. Put the remaining ☆ ingredients into the bowl from Step 2 and mix it all together.
4. Place into a pound cake pan and push down the center a little. Bake for 30-40 minutes in a preheated 200℃ oven, and then it's done!
5. Sauce: Add 1/4 canned whole tomatoes, 1 tbsp Worcestershire-style sauce, and a little bit of the juices from the cooked meatloaf into a frying pan. Bring it to a boil and then it's done!
