Richness! Matcha Ice Cream

A rich matcha ice cream you can make at home.

Ingredients: 10 bowls

Eggs
3
Sugar
50 g
Heavy cream
200 ml
Matcha
10 g

Steps

1. Whisk the eggs, add the sugar, and beat with a hand mixer until the mixture is smooth and stiff enough to hold form.
2. Sprinkle matcha into the cream, and beat until the peaks are soft and they bend down.
3. Mix together egg mixture from Step 1 with the cream from Step 2, and pour into a bowl to chill for over an hour in the freezer.
