Home-Made takoyaki

This recipe is diffcult how to make a takoyaki, but food texture like a Osaka TAKOYAKI!
Outside is crispy and inside is very soft

Ingredients: about 30 pieces

★large egg
1
★dashi stock (bonitoflakes & kombu)
700ml
★salt
5g(1tsp)
★baking powder
1tsp
★soy sauce
5g/1tsp
all-purpose flour
150g
salad oil
15g/3tsp
green onion
20g
octopus(cooked)
100g

Steps

1. preparations
2. In a bowl, mix well (★)
3. Put all-purpose flour and mix it quickly(It’s OK even if it is slightly lumpy)
4. Add oil and place the dough in a refrigerator for ten minutes
5. Heat a Takoyaki pan with oil to hot. Spread the oil evenly.
6. Try pouring the dough a little bit into the hole of the pan. If it makes a sizzling sound, then pour it to fill all the holes of the pan.
7. Drop octopus pieces and chopped green onion in each hole when the dough starts to harden.
8. Once the dough harden well, turn Takoyaki balls around with a pick to make rounded shape. Also, turn them constantly so as not to overcook.
9. Cook them until browned.
10. ☆topping☆ Pour soy sauce, mayonnaise, aonori(dried green seaweed), and katsuobushi(dried bonito flakes) over them as you like.
