Pork Cutlet Sandwich (Katsusando)

These sandwiches are so quick and easy to make, and make the best companion on days where you don't have very much time to prepare your lunch. You can use tonkatsu, or any leftover meat from dinner the night before, and you'll have a cute, filling lunch in minutes!

Ingredients: Serves 1-2

Small dinner rolls
2
Tonkatsu, sliced in half (Recipe ID: 10000089)
1 cutlet
Butter
as desired
Ketchup
as desired
Parsley
a tiny amount

Steps

1. Slice the dinner rolls down the center of the bun, and spread lightly with butter. Arrange the tonkatsu so that they fit nicely inside.
2. Top with a little bit of ketchup and garnish with parsley, and serve!
