Avocado and Banana Smoothie

Avocados and bananas come together in a creamy, delicious, and nutritious drink.

Ingredients: 2 large servings

Banana (frozen or chilled)
Honey or syrup
2 tablespoons
Soy milk or milk
275-300 ml (to taste)


1. Peel, then chop up the avocado and banana. Throw in an electric mixer or food processor.
2. Pulse the food processor until the banana and avocado have been finely chopped and start to form a kind of paste. Then, start adding the soy milk bit by bit while mixing.
3. Add the honey and mix some more. Adjust the texture to your liking with more milk or longer mixing. Enjoy while cold!
