Granulated sugar
4 tsp.
For the custard
Milk
150 ml
Heavy whipping cream
100 ml
Egg yolks

Granulated sugar
22g (2 tbsp or 0/8 oz)
All-purpose flour
25g (2 tbsp + 2 tsp or 0.9 oz)
Matcha
1-2 tbsp. (1 tbsp matcha = 6g or 0.2 oz)
For the meringue
Egg whites
3
Granulated sugar
44g (4 tbsp or 1.6 oz)
For dusting
Powdered sugar
1 tbsp.
