Shiso leaves
10 to 20 leaves (depending on your flavor preference)
Garlic
2 cloves
Buna shimeji mushrooms
1/2 bunch
Umeboshi

Pre-cut chicken tenders

Salt
1/4 tsp.
Freshly ground black pepper
as needed
All-purpose flour
1 tbsp.
Olive oil
2 tbsp (1 tbsp for non-stick pan)
Soy sauce
1 tbsp.
Shredded nori (kizami nori)
