Water
150 ml (a little less than 2/3 cup)
Mirin
1 tsp.
All purpose flour
100g (between 3/4 cup to 1 cup)
Cabbage
240 g (about 3 large cabbage leaves)
Scallion (green onion)

Bonito flakes
2 tbsp.
Tempura crumbs
4 tbsp.
Bean sprouts
60 g (handful)
Tororo kombu
2 tbsp. (optional)
Thinly sliced pork belly
6 slices
Yakisoba noodles (egg noodles)
2 packets
Eggs
2 large
Toppings
Okonomiyaki sauce
as needed
Japanese mayonnaise
as needed
Aonori
as needed
pickled red ginger
as needed (optional)
