Ingredients: 4 to 6 servings

Agar powder (powdered kanten)
4 g
Water
2 cups (500 ml)
Sugar
2 tbsp. (optional)
For Shiratama Dango (if you're using Mochiko)
Mochiko
1/3 cup (55 g or 80 ml)
Water
2 1/2 tbsp.
Sugar
1/2 tsp.
For Shiratama Dango (if you're using Shiratamako)
Shiratamako
1/3 cup (42g, 80 ml)
Water
3 tbsp.
Sugar
1/2 tsp.
Anko

6 scoops
