Good quality steak (tenderloin), at room temperature
14 oz/400 g
Daikon radish
2 inch (5 oz/150 g)
Oil

Garlic
2 cloves
White wine (I used dry sherry)
2 tbsp.
Scallion for garnish

Chili thread
garnish (optional)
Ponzu
3 tbsp.
