Simple Pork Roast Cutlet Steak
Very simple but hearty and loved by all! Serve with minced cabbage.
Pork roast cutlet (cut the tendons with a knife), Salt and pepper, White flour, Soy sauce, Sake, Mirin, Water (80 to 90 ml for a stronger flavor)
